Do your company has single source of true regarding company wise decisions? 
Do you try to learn from other teams experience?

Most decision fatigue can be prevented with a daily SCRUM meeting where everyone shares their key learnings and obstacles of yesterday.

Also, hire people who have the same set of values instead of being talented at their job. If you trust your employees, you can prevent a lot of decision fatigue with the practice of brutal honesty.
