Should Google Calendar allow different entry times for guests in a meeting

Do you think Google Calendar should have add-on feature to mark different entry times for particular guests in a scheduled video meeting on Google Meet? For example: Meeting is on November 7th 2020 at 08:00 PM UTC, but Google Developers Experts is allowed to enter at 08:15 PM UTC. Rest Google, Google Cloud, Google for Startups can start as scheduled.
