Would you pay more for a 'greener' home?

Trying to figure out if home buyers will pay a premium for extra green thinking? Or is it more of a 'nice to have' extra.

Hi Riel!
I'm not sure... What do you mean by "greener home" ? 🤔
A home with low energy consumption and carbon emissions?

@jeremy_levy yes exactly and renewable energy such as solar, geo thermal & wind built in. Made from low impact or recycled materials (locally sourced)... Is LEED certification for example a nice to have or would consumers put their money where there mouth is and pay a premium to know that their home was built with lowering it's impact in mind.
