    It was phone earlier, but since we installed Intercom on our website, it's been live chat all the way. Really really helps.

    Well don't have a phone so that rolls that one out and yeah not sure with all rest

    Oh man this has been the nightmare for me for scaling - there are so many points of contact and because we sell and serve with relationships at the focus - we have customer services requests coming through personal facebook messenger
