What do you use to create internal tooling?

I'm trying to create a simple dashboard for viewing a list of users in trial, users about to churn, users on the old versions, etc. and then having a few action buttons next to each list that by clicking on them i can execute some custom code. Are there any products out there that can do this so i don't have to use Django? I tried Retool but it was a bit clunky IMO
