Email in 2024: Why the Hell Are We Still Using This Dinosaur?
Last week I got so fed up with email, I tried something crazy - ditched it completely for a week.

The best method, in my opinion, is to visit websites where reviews about competitor products are available and respond or reach out to those who have left negative comments. Offer them the opportunity to try your product during a trial period.

Additionally, part of the onboarding process for team members involves working in support twice a week for a month, so they can understand the issues present in the product.

I haven’t encountered a platform with such an open and communicative community in a long time.
What makes it even better is that we’re all in the same field and don’t try to sell something to each other or deceive each other like in other social networks. I appreciate the openness of opinions and the opportunity to discuss things together. I love that we can literally influence someone’s...
