What is your process and channels to take feedbacks and manage them? Do you use any tools for it? There are many tools for it but I wonder what are the best practices for the real product owners. I'm trying to learn how to manage feedbacks and make users willing to give feedback to products they use.

I'm very productive when I'm in the comfort of my home but there are days I find the structure of an office beneficial. I guess working hybrid makes me the most productive
