I like @simonas_kauzonas' list. A recent example (this September) is Osmos imo! Not just because it was #1 product of the week but product and builder (@natalia_cebotari_osmos) feel very authentic for a complex problem.

Deeply engaging with the comments is such a must! Launching is just the beginning of the journey. I got so many good questions on my launch today which really energized me tomorrow and gave me good insight into which features I should build next.
