Yes. Or at least that’s what I think. Marketing and branding combined are always going to be more impactful and effective than engineering alone. While engineering builds the product, marketing and branding shape its identity, telling a compelling story that resonates with users - which is always more important.

Im planning to launch my product, which is already live locally, on producthunt as well and one of my friends who is founder of a good company suggested thats its a good way to get international traction. He recommended to try the ads as well. FYI, he scaled his Saas internationally using producthunt and now he’s got more than 30% of the customers that are from non target countries.
