I have meetings every day. Preparing materials and assigning members is very hard. What is the hardest part of a work meeting for you? Examples - Being held in an unnecessary meeting? - Setting up a meeting? - The inability of members to focus and participate in meetings?

My friends and I recently started a tech consulting startup where we advance businesses with their technical goals. We have seen early success because we do solid work, but are wondering how we help more people and businesses achieve their technical aspirations. We worry about growing too fast but need to keep advancing our client list. Please let me know your stories of being in similar states as a company or if you have any advice
