Hi, I’m an interaction designer and full-stack developer from Assam, India. In the early 2010s, I helped local businesses go digital during India’s wave of rapid digitalization. Later, I started Projckt to support budding startups in Northeast India and help them grow. These days, I’m focused on building my own products—a journey that’s been challenging, exciting, and incredibly rewarding.

Business: Lean Startup or Traditional Startup?
This contrasts a startup approach focused on rapid testing, learning, and iteration with minimal resources (lean startup) versus a more structured, long-term business plan and larger initial investment (traditional startup). which will guarantee in the long run?
When to give up?
I'm curious to know your take on this. When do you stop pushing a product idea? How do you decide that it's time to pivot or kill this product? What metrics or rule-of-thumbs do you use?
