Hiring and applying for tech roles is really difficult. Applicants face AI enabled ATS's that filter out ~95% of resumes. If they get past the filter they are met with rounds of grueling leetcode interviews that often aren't applicable to the candidates daily work. Even after multiple rounds, candidates can get ghosted without getting any feedback as to why. Those hiring face their own issues...
