About

I am Holly, started my career as a recruiter back in 2015 and decided to become a startup founder to help local businesses connect local talents more easily and humanely! Visit www.workonward.com to learn more. Aside from Work Onward (HR/ SMB tech), I am a small business owner of DHD Consulting (www.careerdhd.com), an executive recruiting and staffing firm serving clients mostly based in the US and a few located globally. I also opened a Korean restaurant called Mista Oh (www.mrmistaohnyc.com) located at 41 West 24th Street, New York, New York, 10010 (between 5th and 6th ave in Flatiron) to help my family with our 'Oh' family's American dream to serve authentic Korean food to locals.

Hey hey, hunters of NYC! Little capnip to spill. I am a founder and I also own a Korean restaurant in the Flatiron/ Chelsea area called Mr. Mista Oh (www.mistaohnyc.com) located at 41 West 24th street (between 5th and 6th ave). Tools to understand users better and more intuitively?

Hi all, recently launched our beta and I've been (a bit) paranoid with our user analytics. How do you track user conversions (especially for paid ads)? We just promoted through one social media platform (less than $100) so not sure how much visibility we can generate. What type of tools do you use to learn more about your user conversion other than.... say like google analytics?

why reddit keeps removing my post?

Confession: I have not really used Reddit for posting but now I have a bunch of questions and have been posting there but they bot-reject crazy! "Sorry, this post has been removed by the moderators of r/startup. Moderators remove posts from feeds for a variety of reasons, including keeping communities safe, civil, and true to their purpose."
