Many thanks to @nickabouzeid for the hunting! Co-founder Alex and I created mote because we wanted a better way to work together asynchronously as a remote team - I'm in SF, he's in London. We thought it would be cool to be able to add voice notes as feedback into Google Docs (and Slides, Sheets, Github...) instead of text commenting. We think voice is 100X better than written commenting...
