That's great! It actually really works wonders if you get into the habit of it rather than consciously trying to achieve it. Set achievable targets and changes will come with time. It also depend on other factors like are you still trying to stay active, eating healthier food, etc. Hope that helps :)

@@jon_kc I would honestly LOVE something like that. Also, added feature of alerting when something reduces in price. KarmaNow and previously called, Shoptagr are doing this. I honestly loved the idea, but did not find shoptagr efficient. Sometime I would get an alert days after the reduction and the item would've sold out by then. :) I think user-friendly and speed would be the key here....

hi @shaikrish 👋 I love your take on this and can safely agree that we all have experienced a section of these in our careers. One thing I would add though is, lack of a good manager or even worse, a manager from hell. Bad managers can wreck confidence, harbour un-productivity and create an overall toxic environment. An absolute lose-lose situation!

I have a flow chart that I follow to combat unproductive days. Basically the starting point is identifying the reason for such - is it fatigue, health, interruptions, IT breakdown etc? Certain reasons require a short-term fix, like taking a nap or rebooting your computer, longer-term could be putting task management system in place. All depends on the reason! :)
