I have been doing following over years. 1. Daily Journalling using DayOne App 2. Daily atleast 30mins meditation. I practise Vipassana Meditation 3. The Boy, The Mole, The Fox and the Horse by Charlie Mackesy (Audible version is very soothing to hear) 3. Siddhartha by Hermann Hesse 4.
