How to start a discussion and gain helpful replies
Hi Makers! Here are some observations I've made about discussions which create a lot of helpful responses. (1) The title clearly identifies the target audience (2) The 'ask' is clear so it's obvious what to say in a reply (3) They share information about the issue/product that makes it easy for folks to chime in Are there any other observations you've made about crafting effective discussions?

If you don't take care of your employees, they won't stay, but first, you have to make sure they're willing to do the work. -How do you manage the onboarding on the first week, month, year? -Do you have a knowledge base to make sure they understand your product loud & clear? -What is a typical onboarding timeframe for you?
