Taking a walk, talking things over with my partner, and writing down what’s going on in mind on a piece paper.

I’m optimistic about the future Apple is pushing us towards.
I’m thinking of Vision Pro as a computer, not a headset.
Yes, it sits on your head (right now), but I see it as something that will replace our phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops.
I shared more thoughts here if anyone is interested: https://victorkernes.com/posts/a...
What do you think about Apple's new headset?

At Hodinkee, we’ve used Framer over the past few months and have found it to be very intuitive, easy-to-use, and great for publishing landing pages for our Limited Editions and Brand Partnerships. I agree with your points @ryangilbert about it being faster and more designer friendly. I used Webflow for a project about two years ago and it’s night and day difference using Framer now. I much...

It’s looking great @elifduran ! One idea—it would be SO cool if the checkbox in the hero section was clickable. That was my first reaction and click on the page.
I may also suggest moving the waiting list signup box higher on the page, maybe even just after the hero section.

A routine has been tremendously helpful for me.
Usually my mornings are the most prescriptive. I wrote about my routine here: https://presentable.substack.com...
Do you have a daily routine or do you just work however you like?

For me, it was learning how to write consistently.
I actually just wrote about this last weekend: https://presentable.substack.com...

For me, it’s sticking to the daily habits and routines I've built and not deviating from them.
This helps me still feel productive even on off days.
How do you motivate yourself to stay productive on an off day?

In my experience, it comes down to business priorities and resourcing.
The product team’s goals should be aligned with the company’s.
After conducting stakeholder interviews, digesting user feedback, and aligning on KPI’s, we look to understand what we should work on (or propose to leadership).
Then, large roadmap items are broken down into smaller chunks or projects, where the team will...

Yes, 100%.
I believe this is one of the top reasons that people stay at companies for long periods of time.
Making connections with people who you share similar interests outside of work with, and genuinely get to know, makes the work environment much more fun to work in.
When working, do you find it necessary to stay connected with your co-workers?

Early riser! Love starting my day with a cup of mushroom coffee, writing down my daily 750 words, and reading a meditation from “The Daily Stoic” by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman.
Also wrote a bit more about that here:

I’m a product designer and I’d like to automate:
1. Scheduling user research sessions
2. Creating user research questions and outlines
3. Gathering data insights after shipping a project or feature
What’s your job and which part would you like to automate?

I’ve started asking it to come up with interview questions, placeholder copy for designs, and ideas for brainstorming sessions. It’s been extremely valuable.

Communication is the most important skill and practice needed at any company. Without clear communication, you will experience frustration, lack of clarity, and most of all, the company won’t be successful.
