If you are looking for a tool with character animation you can try our animation video making platform https://vibetoon.com/ You can create your own custom character, chose a scene and animation templates. It's really easy and fun :) But if you're interested in a tool for Motion Graphics, I would recommend a Jitter, there are many cool templates for Motion design!
