What was your 1st product and why did you decide to build it?

I'll start! What? My first product was MakerBox Tools. It's a list of 600+ tools with great free plans for Makers https://www.makerbox.club/tools Why? We had 2 reasons: 1. We wanted to start with SaaS at first, but soon we found out that subscriptions cost too much. So, we decided to collect tools with great free plans that can help indie businesses not to spend a fortune 2. It was a safe start. We spent 1 month building and testing the product. If we failed, we wouldn't lose motivation to make our products. Happily, we didn't fail.

Make the best out of Online Communities ❤️

Here are 5 ways in which you can leverage communities 1. Finding your Tribe You can find communities for almost every niche ranging from side projects to sneakerheads. Communities are a great way to meet like-minded people online in almost every domain 2. Launching Products & Finding Early Users Communities often are the best places to find your early users and successfully launch products. It is important to understand your target user base and find communities in that domain. 3. Finding Collaborators You can find collaborators for building projects, learning new things, accountability partners and much more. 4. Hiring People & Finding Jobs Communities are one of the best ways to find jobs and hire people. Network effect leads to a large pool of candidates & opportunities. 5. Upskilling yourself CBCs & Fellowships are a great way to learn skills in an interactive manner. A lot of these can help you get switch careers and get placed as well. We love communities and we are building Community Hunt - a platform to discover, review and manage communities. We have also launched The Community Catalog - The Community Catalog is a great resource for Startup Founders, Partnership Leads, Builders, Marketers, Community Owners, Community Managers & anyone who wants to leverage the power of communities to grow their business, product, startup or career.
