I think consistency in the posting schedule is very important in building social media presence. Currently at ADOHM we are trying to build a presence on Facebook by posting Industry-Adjacent Content regularly and I must say it is showing some fabulous results. :)

We use ADOHM our in-house product. Through this, we have the ability to A/B test your emails to determine which one generates the highest number of clicks and conversions from your target audience.

I suppose it depends upon various factors such as your target audience, geographic location, etc. We have been trying cold calling from past two years, and it pretty much working for us.
