I haven't found a way of setting goals, that i'd keep using time after time. I usually set one big goal and when ever i'm in doubt about my actions, i think of the big goal and make decisions by reflecting to it. Right now my work related big goal is to be as helful to our company as possible. -> this leads to different actions on different days.

By having a mindset, that work is what I do 8 hours a day and no more. If something work related is spinning in mind on free time, write it down and forget about it.

Finding better focus - while doing my everyday work efficiently and serving customers in the best possible way :)

Listen to your gut. Human makes decisions based on knowledge and feeling. Remember to take both in consideration when making decisions.

So Important! No wonder being a social media influencer is profitable these days :)

Emphasize to all staff members how important reviews are. -> when they see the importance, they'll help you to collect them. Ask for feedback and reviews at different touch points with customers :)

By using your calendar. Plan your days and weeks ahead and you shouldn't feel stressed, because you know everything is under control :)

I think motivated workers are productive no matter where they work. People should so some self reflection on how they perform in different surroundings. I've worked fully remotely, fully from office and in a "hybrid" way, remote + office. For me the last one has felt the best.
