I don't know about you, but I'm an absolute _sucker_ for productivity systems. Cards, pomodoro, todo lists -- I've tried 'em all, and stuck with a few. But the only thing I've found that actually encourages me to _get shit done_ and doesn't encourage me to waste time organising lists and making plans is keeping a done list.
What's a done list? Think of it as an anti-TODO list: your DONE list...

You know those days when you're running around doing stuff and talking to people and answering emails and form-filling and you get home and you're completely exhausted and you say to yourself: 'What the hell did I actually get done today? -- Marc Andreesen

Saascast started out life as an internal tool, when we wanted more insight into how we were growing than our Stripe dashboard could provide. We're using it at Quail to help plan our short-term (1-3 month) ad spend and to identify which trial customers are going to convert and which need a little help.
