Really excited to launch this (although we've been using it internally for a while now). You can now easily build bots for Intercom, to deal with issues like: Common FAQ Handling Automatic Human Escalation Triage and Routing Outbound Conversations (not just messages) based on Events.

Although we didn't make this directly, very proud to have been involved (it was built on the Converse AI bot platform).

No idea why 3d printing got in the topic section, oh well :)

I'm game, have signed up :) Couple of thoughts: 1, An hour is probably fairly long, I'd split it in to 30 minutes with 2 Founders (same investors) 2, I presume you will curate them to try and find the best Founder/Investor matches (e.g Helpa talking to people investing in the Pharma industry is probably a waste of time)

Congrats! I met some of the team last year when they were in London, excited to see how this progresses. Just last night I was commenting on how Slack will be used for so much more than just IM :) (on Twitter amusingly enough)

Hey Jordan, thanks for the hunt, and I'm glad you found it useful so far, we are just getting started in terms of the functionality we want to enable, although we actually come up with the idea for Helpa in 2009, so it was about time we did :) Indeed this is an iOS app rather than just SMS so can be used anywhere, although we are adding SMS and Android versions shortly. We already have users...
