I've been following Brian's writing for several years, and he's really, really good at taking an industry event/news item, complicated situation, etc. and distilling it down to what you need to know right now to keep up with it. He's been an invaluable source of information and insight into the WordPress space, and I'm eager to keep up with what he has to say about ecommerce.

How did you deal with licensing issues?

Brian seriously knows his stuff when it comes to content marketing. He executes consistently and with quality better than maybe anyone else I know. I wouldn't hesitate to do everything he suggests :). I don't use the Content Upgrades since we've already developed a workflow for doing just this, but if it were available when we started doing this, I'd have just bought the plugin instead and...

Looks awesome. I'm considering this for a several months-long trip next year. From looking at your coverage map, the house I'll be staying in is right at the edge of a coverage zone - literally a few hundred feet from where the green stops. What are the changes I'll have a good signal there? Is my best bet to just try it and return it for a refund if the coverage isn't sufficient?

Congrats on launching! The pricing does seem a little odd, FWIW. Starting from the smallest plan, it goes from $5/person to $6, then back to $5, then down to $4. I'm curious what thinking led to those price points - was there research that pointed to e.g. lots of 2-person shops needing something like this, and thus lots of demand at that point? Something else?

I'm really, really, really hoping this is a collaborative editor with Google Docs-like functionality (easy revisions, commenting, and suggested edits) that embraces Markdown (pseudo-preview while writing, full preview toggle).
