This has been a difficult answer to find. Local accountants in my area are a bit baffled. My co-founder and I live in Florida and Ohio, and we're not sure where to LLC our business. We have paying customers, and are about to grow quickly, so we want to get our ducks in a row. How should a startup company register their business when nearly all employees will be remote?

I've spent the last ten years in marketing operations and have seen many startups use different methods. What do you use?

I know, the "right" answer is full of respect and other politically correct stuff. But what do you really do, if you stumble upon an article, which produced by non-English person? Do you search another source of the same information? Do you try to understand? Do you feel angry on errors? Do you try to give some advice? Or you just do not care? Be as open as you can in your answer, please :)
