Incorporate and equity management tools
Hi all , We are looking to incorporate in the USA and want to make it so shares vest over 3-4 years for all founders. I have no legal experience and honestly am not a fan of lawyery things so the startup services below seem like a really good idea Gust.com Angel stack Clerky Stripe atlas Gust seems like a killer deal at 300 bucks a year with 5k of AWS credits included. I'm wondering if anyone has experience with them or any of the above. Thanks Theo
Accounting tool for super early stage
Hi Friends, Any suggestions for an accounting SaaS tool for super early stage startups. We need something super simple and hopefully free. Most the ones I have seen are paid and are bit too complex. I am happy to pay once we get bigger but for now we just need something free and simple. Help is much appreciated
