Good ideas, but there might have been use cases they didn't consider when designing and testing this. It's pretty sensitive to touch, so you have to be careful if you're trying to adjust them in your ear. Learning and doing the touch gestures is a bit to learn since they're so many of them. Adding one physical button could have removed some touch gestures from the list, making it easier to...
