👋👋 Matt, over here. I'm going to (boldly) be the idiot in the room. I've never used a CRM due to ignorance and…well the word CRM is daunting. After checking out the product and seeing your posts here, I'm beginning to open up to it. But I'm still not sold. For freelancing, let's say, how is this better than using Email + ToDo app + Calendar? Or is there another approach to this I'm not seeing?
