Hey Product Hunters! My name is Shane, and I'm passionate about finding ways to remove friction in the hiring process, on both the supply and demand side. With over 20 years of experience in the employment space, including running a successful staffing firm (exited), I noticed a gap between the traditional job board model and the value staffing firms provide. In 2018, we launched Rolebot to bridge that gap by leveraging AI and big data—technologies that are now at our fingertips but weren't available prior. Rolebot transforms outbound sourcing and interview scheduling into a process that's as simple, easy, and affordable as posting a job on a traditional job board. But instead of inbound applicants, companies receive outbound candidates.
