Till the community is truly built and ready as its intended, you would have to provide some other incentives and value which would make them stick around. You also have to explore what exact value will push the users to buy your paid plan.

AI is going to be the friend of designers who learn how to make AI do the menial jobs for them or help them automate redundant and repetitive tasks and since AI is capable of doing repetitive tasks wih more efficiency it will then displace the jobs of those who are currently working on those tasks only.

I feel like its less to do with the algorithm as it is to do with what takes to play along. Like I know for Instagram right now the comments on your post, how many times that post has been shared on DMs and how many saves but given the effort it takes I have a decision to make as to whether I'll do what's needed or just let it be hoping for a miracle

Saved prompts feature is quite useful in that case but not found in many tools.
