Focus on customer onboarding - often overlooked and compromised by many. Emails, on product guides, splash screens, knowledge base, tutorials - all have to be in sync and should help the user drive forward 3....

Thanks for doing this and the effort! It was about time - few maker communities that I am part of have started to show 'PH Fatigue' due to these spammy practices. I have been using PH for 170+ days straight now, supporting and engaging with makers and community. One common observation of 'spam-like' behavior is it seems to be originating from a specific 1 or 2 locations.

For me Decktopus, Quillbot, OtterAI have been time-savers.

Hahaha - like "dumb ways to die"!? Messing the launch date would be quite an effortless way to make launch worse. Imagine launching on the weekend of Christmas or New Year or other national holidays.

The only real person you should care about outside of you (in business) is the one who is going to pay you - ignore everyone else. Develop thick skin. Don't take yourself too seriously and

I'd rather be part of paid community to have an ecosystem of founders around me.

By giving myself time to decide on things that I really want to improve on - not easy or quick wins, but the important ones. For me it was health.
