I've been using Notejoy since its earlier version back in April! It's a beautiful text editor that makes it easy to organize and find things, unlike gDocs. I would say the biggest pros are the way it sorts / organizes files, and how clean the actual editor is. It's also good on collaboration, but that's almost a given. I've used JotEngine over a dozen times and my favorite feature is the ability to go in and edit the docs, alongside the transcribers -- that's definitely something unique I haven't seen with any other service, and I'm sure they'll continue to roll out more features like that.
