When launching something new, I take both positive and negative feedback seriously. For positive comments, I feel grateful and try to understand what exactly people like, so we can do more of that. As for negative feedback, I don’t take it personally but see it as a chance to improve. It’s all about staying open-minded and using the input to make things better.
