I want to use my skills as a software engineer , my experience as a leader in tech companies and my natural interests in weather to build services that enable society to systematically adapt to a changing climate. I have started building a reliable, trustworthy and comprehensive source for weather and climate insights. I am looking to add founding climate scientists to the team to enable us to take on larger challenges with higher quality. Previously, I have worked as a hands-on tech lead in Silicon Valley companies LinkedIn, Slack and Yahoo. I was also an early employee of a venture funded conversational AI startup called Moveworks. My technical work has been in backend development and in recent years I have been hiring, growing and running engineering teams.
