I've been lucky enough to collaborate with the Knock ?makers for a while both helping with the early stages of development and as a beta customer with my latest Fintech marketplace startup. The team is excellent and the product is really well designed.
Now we use Knock to manage all the user notifications for the platform over email including scheduled reminders and workflow notifications....

I'm afraid that this launch ha a lot of the characteristics of bot-based clout farming. Most of the reviews on here claiming to have used it come from accounts with stock imagery avatars, all created in the last two months, most on the same day (November 3rd) and have a single comment (this one). A sampling of the upvotes looks very similar as well. It is a sad thing to see thing in the product...
