Product used for 3 years which have an excellent price, this is the main reason we used it.
Regarding improvement :
- Mobile application is definitively not good and can't be used by our team as there is no option to click on link inside ticket request and there no option to have preformated answer.
-Regarding customer service , I would says they are doing the minimum which is "acceptable"...
