Super implementation of A.I. by makers @avinashjn @pradeepsoundararajan and @rapti. The impact part is fantastic. It helps the testers and developers to be aware of the business impact of the bug which has been raised. It also helps write descriptions and detect relevant tags and the bug's severity. Overall it helps the teams to save time.

Nice and simple UI/UX. This is a boon for developers as they have integration with GitHub. I can focus on my work and updating the comments and the status change part will be taken care of by Bugasura.
