Hi Product Hunt!
eSIMs are great. Very convenient to activate and carry, no more fiddling with a several cards while travelling, there are lots of reasons to like this technology.
However there have been some problems too. Not every device is eSIM-ready, especially many hotspots and USB modems are SIM-card only, but many of the best plans for these devices are eSIM-only! Besides that, if your...

Hi Product Hunt!
It seems like everywhere I go, someone wants my phone number. Websites want it for signup, local businesses want it for their rewards tracking, parents of my kids friends can't agree on a chat app. When I want to text them I have to pull out my phone.
So, I have two phone numbers. One I give out to everyone, and one I give to family and friends. Now I can talk from anywhere...

Early betas of our product had a free trial to get people to use it and give feedback, then at some point we got rid of the free trial and said no, this is valuable, you have to pay for it. And people did. That's when we knew we had something really worthwhile.
How did you validate the need for your startup product?

I think it's pretty important to put a price signal on the landing page, but that doesn't mean all pricing information has to be there. Even "get started for free" can be ok if you have a free trial, as it signals what users can expect immediately.
I'll admit, though, that after a minute on a landing page if I find a product interesting I go to the URL bar and type /pricing because I like to...

AI has already "taken" many people's jobs for a long time, and it will continue to do more as more kinds of AI and more effective AI tools launch. The real question to me is what are we as a society going to do? Are we going to let "taking jobs" be a bad thing, or are we going to continue reaching for the future of the whole community?
What kind of effect will AI have in the future? Is it really going to take our jobs?

Our entire product is and has always been open source and I would never build any other way. I want my customers to feel like we are a solid and secure product with their best interest in mind, not a corporation with something to hide about the way we process their data. Additionally, users need to have the right to modify anything that might not be in line with the needs or values of their...

These are nice, but while the license is quite liberal, it's definitely not open source. There are a handful of specific restrictions you'll need to watch out for.

This is pretty cool , @roman_rybintsev -- maybe I'm just thick but I can't figure out how to create new checkpoints when I add a new device (all the templates seem to be iPhones and I wanted to try animating an android device). i watched the video on how to create new animations but I can't seem to catch how the checkpoints are added.
