After recently studying Computational Neuroscience at Harvard, I'm launching a sleep app focused on improving sleep outcomes through behavioral change. In college, I directed an overnight youth homeless shelter and built a global ed-tech nonprofit alongside classes, which caused me to struggle with getting a healthy amount of consistent sleep. This inspired me to take courses on sleep and neurobiology, and much of my insight for SomnApp originates from those courses. I'm a self-taught developer, and I designed and built SomnApp, available for iOS on the App Store. I plan to grow SomnApp into the most effective handheld coach to reveal how to get better sleep-- not just track it.
