Interesting idea and design. Perhaps more suited to younger folk with gig type roles. For now it's lacking in senior, meaty recruitment. Also, having filters like "VP" or "Director" doesn't help in predicting seniority for one's search because these titles are variously used across industries. Maybe a better metric might be salary or some realistic proxy for seniority.

Nice idea, but hopefully it'll become richer with senior recruitment over time.
