Usually, startups invest a lot of energy and focus on hard skills of team members. But based on my experience, soft skills development, like creativity or communication, are rare. As for me, these types of skills are crucial in innovation companies. What do you think, why startups don t invest in this sphere?

I'm curious because I've spend many hundreds of hours building a system to organise my life and I wonder if others have something similar in their lives.
