Working in tech you are aware of things however I do believe that nobody is an evil or wants to do it to harm anybody. In general, maybe the consequences and the danger caused by what Facebook did and has been doing aren't known to most people.

Personal experience: on a Friday night, the same day we got the first design prototype for our business, we found out another company, much more established than us (we have not even launched yet) had been working on a similar offering in addition to their existing product. By doing some research before choosing colors for our platform, we started paying attention to the feelings certain colors would generate in users and we decided to choose ours based on what we want them to feel. Not sure this will result into more users but surely it could drive more engagement!

Thanks for asking this question Anamika! I've some concerns myself on posting about the launch of my product on PH because it seems like it may not spark interest in this community. We are working on doing it no matters what, however my expectations are pretty low in terms of engagement.
