When it comes to how visitors interact with your website, what do you not have answers to?

What would you like to know about your website and the people that visit it? What information are you not getting out of tools like Google Analytics? We re in the early days of building an analytics tool (bluegreenanalytics.com) and want to solve the most important problems that people are having and that the giants (like Google Analytics) aren t solving.

Makers, how did you convert your first free customers to paying customers?

We re in the early days of building our customer base. Every week, we have new customers sign up (no credit card required) and try out our product (through a 14-day free trial). Now, we need to figure out the best way to keep our customers engaged and paying once their free-trial is over. I would love to hear from you.
