Congrats on the launch! Managing a spreadsheet of applications (especially when it goes into the hundreds) is truly tiring so I love to see startups try and solve this problem. For feedback: A chrome extension could be neat to automatically track jobs as you apply to them from different places (e.g. LinkedIn Jobs). Social proof goes a long way to boost conversion if you have any! Customer logos, customer stories of how your product solves their problem, or even just short testimonials of early users saying how awesome it is.
