It ranks US states best for business based on 10 different categories ranging from cost of living, ease of doing business to access to capital etc. Re-indexing the states based on parameters that you care most about could be helpful.

This is hands down the most useful Chrome extension that I have used. Before this came along - I always struggled to organized my 1000+ bookmarks in a manner that didn't make me forget that I had bookmarked them in the first place.
