Love this feature to expedite follow up for inbound leads (so many leads fall through the cracks b/c folks run out of time), and also cut turnaround time for deals in pipeline. So many objections & questions that are repeated throughout multiple sales cycles, but reps end up writing the same (albeit slightly tweaked) email again and again... this will cut reply time down & save reps...
