How do you plan to track the actual amount of work the employees are doing and how much value that is providing to the company ?
For example, an employee A might work for 10 hours a day and achieve as much as an employee B achieves by working merely 4 hours. Hence, Employee B is far more valuable to the company (by this analogy, of course). How are you planning to track that ?
