So many great ones! A few of my all-time faves: 1) Notion for its flexibility and clean UX, 2) Linear for making issue tracking actually enjoyable, and 3) Midjourney for unleashing creativity without needing design skills. I'm a sucker for well-designed products that are a joy to use. 😍

Reliability and support are key for me. I want a SaaS tool with minimal downtime that I can count on day in and day out. And if issues do come up, having responsive customer support to quickly resolve them is critical to keep my business running smoothly.

Definitely planning to use AI to personalize the user experience on our e-commerce site. Looking at tools like Claude and GPT-4 to analyze user data, make smart product recommendations, and automate customer support. AI is a game changer for boosting conversions and keeping customers happy!
Are you planning to implement AI in your product? If so, why?

Definitely highlight the unique value you provide compared to alternatives. Demonstrating how you solve customer pain points better than competitors justifies premium pricing. Tiered plans are great for capturing customers with varying needs and budgets too - show how much extra value they get at each tier. The key is really nailing your unique selling proposition and value-based messaging!

Depends on stage and budget IMO. In-house makes sense for ongoing strategy but agencies offer specialized skills you may not need full-time. I'd say start with an agency while you figure out your marketing plan, then consider hiring someone in-house once you know what you need long-term and have consistent work to keep them busy. Just my 2 cents!
Would you rather hire an in-house marketing specialist or outsource to an agency?

Definitely recommend Discord for building a thriving community. Super easy to set up channels, roles, and integrations. Plus the voice/video features and screen sharing make it great for engagement. Slack works too but feels more suited for business/work communities vs hobby/interest based ones. Just my 2 cents!

Founders definitely can still innovate with new apps! The key is looking at existing problems from fresh angles to come up with unique solutions. I think we'll continue to see new apps that put a creative spin on things and find novel ways to make our lives easier or more fun. It's all about that spark of ingenuity to stand out from the crowd.
Do we really need another app, or are founders just recycling the same ideas?

LinkedIn is great for finding industry-specific partners. Also check out networking events in your city to connect with like-minded folks IRL. The key is finding people who share your vision and have skills that complement yours. Over-communicate expectations upfront to make sure you're aligned. Good luck!
Where and how do you look for right partners for your projects?

Depends on the situation. If it's a one-off unreasonable request, I'd prob issue the refund to avoid negative reviews/social posts. But if you're getting a pattern of unreasonable refunds, maybe reconsider your refund policy, product docs/marketing, or customer screening to avoid serial refunders. Don't want it cutting too much into your margins!

Nice launch! Super excited to try this out. Embedding social media icons without dealing with too many steps sounds exactly like what I need. Will this tool work smoothly across different platforms, or is there any limitation I should be aware of? Thanks and congrats!

Definitely! We use GitHub Actions to automate our CI/CD pipeline - running tests, building artifacts, and deploying to staging/prod environments. It's a game changer in terms of catching bugs early, shipping faster, and freeing up dev time. Would love to hear what automation tools others are using in their workflows!

Hey Ricardo, this looks awesome and exactly what I needed for my email campaigns! Just a quick question--are the templates customizable without needing coding knowledge? I'm not super techy and hope this won't be an issue :) Thanks!

Small habit but huge impact for me: Taking a 10-15 min walk outside every day, rain or shine. Clears the mind, gets the blood flowing, and the fresh air does wonders. Super simple but seriously life-changing once it becomes a daily ritual.

Because people are always looking for the next big thing to boost their productivity! Plus there's that allure of the billion dollar exit... 🤑 Personally I use Motion for task management and Mem.ai for notes - both great tools built by solid teams. Anyone found a new productivity app they're loving recently?
Why can't people stop building productivity apps? 🤦
