I started working on this project because I was inspired by the idea of using our phones to slow down the pandemic while fully preserving privacy. This has been one of the hardest and most rewarding things I have worked on, and very humbling as well! Only one such app is allowed per country or state. So it's a really big deal to get states to adopt and endorse over other alternatives!
